Who We Are
The European Virtual Academy of Gynaecological Surgery is a virtual teaching platform where experienced gynaecologists demonstrate the characteristic surgical interventions of their discipline live. Our focus is on live-streaming and live-surgery with the facility of quality-assured continuously evolving media libraries in the sense of modern surgical video atlases, which also includes the interactive communication with our audience, indication and therapy decisions, preparatory measures for the operation and the follow-up and also complication management. The network is also under the patronages of the European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (ESGE) in the European Board & College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG) as a section of the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes (UEMS) with the European Academy and other cooperation partners.
