The videos in the media library show surgeries performed on human bodies. The videos are exclusively aimed at medical professionals and are intended for the training and further education of medical personnel as well as for science and research purposes. These videos can evoke unknown and unexpected impressions in non-professionals.
You have to register in order to access the videos in our media library.
You can register using our website. The details you enter must be complete and truthful. There is no right to registration and account activation. EVAGO reserves the right to refuse registration or account activation.
Usually, the user will receive a notification concerning registration and activation of the password they chose by e-mail and can access the media library after successful registration and activation.
The user agrees to keep their password for their personal use only and to protect it against unauthorised use by third parties. The user has the exclusive responsibility for any consequences of unauthorised use. The user will indemnify and hold EVAGO harmless in regard to any and all costs and third-party claims that EVAGO may incur as a result of a violation of these obligations.

EVAGO is not liable for the surgical techniques depicted in the videos. The responsibility for the type and manner of an operation solely rests with the physician performing the surgery. The operations depicted here may contain techniques not in line with established standards of surgical procedures.
Liability for contractual dereliction of duty and tort claims is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply in those cases where the life, body or health has been injured or claims under the Product Liability Act are concerned.
